Currently, our Construction Arm, Liew Yin Yin Construction Sdn. Bhd. is registered as G7 Contractor (projects with no limits) with the CIDB, and also an ISO 9001:2008 certified company. The contracts executed by the Company include Conventional and Turnkey projects, which consists of design and built system.

Y.Bhg. Dato’ Liew Yin Yin completed his secondary education in the year 1968. He then joined a construction firm in Taiping, Perak as a site supervisor.
Under his leadership in Liew Yin Yin Construction Sdn. Bhd. and Liew Yin Yin Land Sdn. Bhd., the companies have since been transformed into a diversified group of companies that involves in property development, property management, building and civil works construction.

He also hold as past Deputy President of Perak Chinese Assembly Hall, the Directorship of the S.M.J.K Ave Maria Convent, Perak Community Specialist Hospital (formerly known as Perak Chinese Maternity Hospital).
